After a game update

Rainbow Six Siege updates can temporarily change vendor status. Check the product status before retrying or opening a duplicate ticket.

  1. Refresh the product page and docs.
  2. Restart your PC.
  3. Wait for vendor status updates if the product is marked updating.

Delivery or access issue

If the key, account or download is missing, do not create multiple orders. Use the existing order ID so support can inspect payment and delivery logs.

  1. Open Dashboard → Orders.
  2. Copy the order ID.
  3. Send the order ID and product name to support.
  4. Attach a screenshot of the exact error if one appears.
