At EraMods we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

2. Data we collect

We only collect data necessary to process your order:

  • Email — for key delivery and communication
  • Username — identification in your customer area
  • Transaction data — amount, currency, crypto transaction ID (blockchain hash)
  • Support tickets — to track your requests

We store no banking information. All payments are processed by Plisio (our crypto partner) and sensitive data never passes through our servers.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used only to:

  • Deliver purchased products
  • Provide customer support
  • Notify you about important account events
  • Improve service quality (anonymized statistics)

4. Sharing with third parties

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties. The only strictly necessary integrations are:

  • Plisio — crypto payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Supabase — secure data hosting

5. Security

All communication is encrypted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. License keys are never exposed in public API responses.

6. Cookies

We only use cookies essential to site operation (authentication, cart). No advertising tracking cookies are used.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the ticket system from your account.

8. Data retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is erased except records required by law (invoices, etc.).
