First checks
If FiveM Account does not work as expected, start with the simple checks before opening a ticket.
- Restart your PC.
- Confirm the product and variation on your order match the guide you are reading.
- Make sure the game, launcher and product files are not outdated.
- Check whether the storefront status changed to updating or out of stock.

Delivery or access issue
If the key, account or download is missing, do not create multiple orders. Use the existing order ID so support can inspect payment and delivery logs.
- Open Dashboard → Orders.
- Copy the order ID.
- Send the order ID and product name to support.
- Attach a screenshot of the exact error if one appears.
