Crash after launch

  3. Check the EraMods product status.
  4. Open a ticket with order ID, game, Windows version and screenshot.

Delivery or access issue

If the key, account or download is missing, do not create multiple orders. Use the existing order ID so support can inspect payment and delivery logs.

  1. Open Dashboard → Orders.
  2. Copy the order ID.
  3. Send the order ID and product name to support.
  4. Attach a screenshot of the exact error if one appears.
