Best contact flow
Support works best when the first message contains the important context. Send one clean message instead of opening several tickets for the same order.
- Open Dashboard → Orders and copy your order ID.
- Include the product name and selected variation.
- Explain the issue in one short message.
- Attach screenshots only if they show the exact problem.

Where to ask
Use the support widget, your dashboard ticket area or the official Discord links shown on EraMods. Avoid sharing order IDs publicly.
Staff will never ask for your password or full private account credentials.
