Clean download checklist
If a download disappears, gets quarantined, or opens a browser warning, clear the failed file first and retry from the official order page.
- Delete the failed partial download.
- Confirm you are using the official EraMods order page or vendor link.
- Temporarily allow the download in your browser security prompt.
- Extract the file into a simple folder path such as Desktop or Downloads.
- If blocked again, read the antivirus guide or contact support.
