No-refund policy

All sales are final

EraMods sells digital license keys that are delivered instantly and irrevocably as soon as payment is confirmed. Because the product cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Delivery issues

If a key fails to deliver or you receive a key that does not match the product you purchased, open a ticket from your customer area and our team will send a replacement. This is the only situation where we intervene post-purchase — we do not issue cash or crypto refunds.
